The next step involves a visit to view your site first hand and discuss the idea in detail with you, our client and in particular the key design requirements.

We research the need for and timeframe involved in acquiring an alcohol license, building and renovation permits and also local codes for sound abatement, the serving of alcohol and parking availability.

At this point our clients are presented with a design proposal and quotation. This design proposal comprises detailed sketches and artist impressions of your pub, bar, restaurant or shop.

Manufacture of all elements including joinery, furniture, light fixtures, glasswork, ironmonger, metalwork, signage, floor finishes, walls finishes, ceiling finishes, feature work, external treatment and bric-a-brac.
